This was the fateful day that John Lennon officially finished off the Beatles when he was the last to sign the mammoth contract which included the termination papers that legally ended the existence of the Fab Four.  At the time of the signing, Lennon was on vacation with his then secretary and lover May Pang. and staying at the Polynesian Village Hotel at the Magic Kingdom aka Disney World in Florida.
