Did you know? Stanley Martin Lieber, better known to fans as Stan Lee, was the co-creator of some of the most fascinating and endearing superheroes of all time as well as a prominent figure in the comic book industry for over five decades. In collaboration with talented artists such as Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, Stan created such legendary characters as the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Thor, Iron Man and Doctor Strange. Sadly Stan passed away in 2018 at the age of 95. In 1994, he was inducted into the Will Eisner Award Hall of Fame and in the following year, the Jack Kirby Hall of Fame. In 2008, Stan received the National Medal of Arts and National Humanities from President George W. Bush. Stan also became the recipient of the 2,428th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!
