The 28-year-old Swedish DJ was quoted in a 2013 interview as saying, “I discovered when I started making money that I didn’t really need it. When you have such an excess of money you don’t need, the most sensible, most human and completely obvious thing is to give to people in need.” The chart-topping superstar and philanthropist was found dead from an apparent suicide on April 20th in Muscat, Oman where he had been vacationing.
