Step ① Initial Visit and Cataloging
Free Assessment & Scheduling: Begin with a complimentary item assessment. We will review your information and provide recommendations on the best way forward, tailored to your needs.
Initial Visit, Examination, and Cataloging: During your scheduled appointment, share your specific needs with our appraiser for personalized insights and to identify potentially valuable items for appraisal or authentication. We meticulously examine, photograph, and catalog each item, adhering to your requirements for appraisal and authentication. We handle 10-15 items per hour for collections during our visit.
In-Home or Storage Visits: Please ensure that items are accessible and organized prior to our appraiser's visit to your home or storage unit. Our appraiser cannot sort through clutter or move items to access others.
Step ② Research and Analysis
Data Organization: After the visit, our appraiser organizes all gathered information and photos for systematic analysis.
Value Research: Utilizing databases and other tools, our appraiser conducts comprehensive research on past sales results and retail market trends to accurately value your items.
Step ③ Document Delivery and Payment
Document Delivery: Upon completion of our services, you will receive both a physical copy and an online PDF of the appraisal or authentication document/report, facilitating easy sharing with insurers, accountants, and other professionals.
Payment Options: We offer flexible payment options, including online payment via Stripe for debit/credit cards, or in-person payment by card or check.
Service Pricing
Rates: Our comprehensive appraisal, authentication, trading card grading, and consulting services start at $50. The cost and time required will vary based on the size and complexity of the request and the type of service needed. Click here for more details.
Compliance: We adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), ensuring that our services are both professional and accurate.
Appraisal Contents: Our documents/reports include photographs of each item, detailed descriptions, unique attributes, authentication opinions, and/or appraised values.
Single Item: The service minimum of $200 applies.
Confidentiality: Client information is protected with the highest standards of confidentiality.
